Debora Brockwell, a highly experienced professional in the field of coaching and development.
Following a successful career in Strategic HR for blue chip companies, spanning the diverse industries of finance, retail, health services, engineering and schools, Debora has a wealth of experience in the development and delivery of programmes. She is experienced at running large teams in complex organisations and is skilled at managing difficult situations. Her experience includes 10 years as Head of HR at Marks & Spencer.
Debora is an experienced, professional coach and member of professional bodies including, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and The Institute of Directors (IOD). She holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School and is also trained in a wide range of psychometric tools and techniques. Debora was previously a Programme Director at a leading Business School for a number of years.
She has an engaging leadership style which she imparts in all DBA programmes and training. Recognising that professional situations can be challenging she aims to make the process inspiring and exciting. Personable and vivacious, Debora’s energy encourages growth and transformation in individuals. Outside of work, she loves to dance and is dedicated to her own personal development.
