Debora Brockwell set up her business in 2002 to provide coaching and leadership programmes to address the challenges encountered in the working environment. As the founder and driver of the business, Debora became a trusted advisor to clients.
Debora continues her work as a mentor, coach and leader. Debora assumes a collaborative role with clients, developing and designing meaningful and focused programmes to target goals and meet objectives.
She works on a one-to-one basis but where more resources are required, she is able to draw from her network of trusted associates. Every situation is unique and when necessary, teams are brought together for their expertise and ability to provide the most successful outcome to meet clients’ objectives.
With a breadth of professional experience across many sectors, Debora has an in-depth understanding of commercial issues and expertise in addressing complex and difficult situations. She is creative, visionary and innovative and focused on achieving successful outcomes for all her clients. She has a proven track record of spotting potential, nurturing talent and facilitating change and transformation.
Debora is constantly reviewing her own work and is up to date with leading-edge thinking and insights. She draws on her own personal experience of embracing intuition and inner-wisdom to make successful decisions and judgements.
